In this predictable trash, a group of thieves hijack a military truck thinking it full f weapons grade plutonium only to find it full of what is allegedly dinosaurs, live ones, but which look like plasticine heads on sticks. The pull along beasts, apparently T Rex's AND Velociraptors, but so badly done you can't tell which is which, chomp up the thieves and then the A Team rip off army of "the best we've got' bores, arrive to recapture/kill the barmy beasties, along with mad scientist who wants them alive, etc. Cue rip offs of scenes from Alien, Terminator, etc, - Utter total pants, laughably inept film making. Get a box of toy soldiers and a plastic thrift shop dinosaur to stomp them with and you have a better dino-story than this.
